【摘要】 目的 探讨CT急性肾损伤的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析35例急性肾损伤的患者的CT表现特征。结果 35例急性肾损伤患者中左肾损伤18例，右肾损伤14例，双肾损伤3例。CT表现①肾包膜下血肿5例(占14.3%);②肾挫伤22例(占62.9%);③肾破裂8例(占22.8%)。结论 CT检查能够迅速、安全、准确地判断肾损伤的程度与范围，有助于临床确立合理的治疗方案。

    kidney,14 cases in the right kidney and 3 cases in both kidneys.CT showed subcapsular hematoma in 5 cases(14.3%),intrarenal trauma in 22 cases(62.9%),renal rupture in 8 cases(22.8%).Conclusion CT can rapidly,safely and accurately judge the extent and range of the acute renal trauma,and helping clinicians to design appropriate treatment strategies.
