【摘要】 目的 探讨654-2、普鲁卡因、肝素联合股动脉注射治疗早期糖尿病下肢血管病变的疗效。方法 85例经彩色多普勒检查诊断为糖尿病下肢血管病变的糖尿病患者，给予654~210 mg、普鲁卡因100 mg、肝素50 mg加生理盐水5 ml股动脉注射，1次/d，10次为1个疗程后，再予以彩色多普勒复查，对前后超声数据进行统计分析。结果 治疗后患者下肢麻木，疼痛及足凉等症状减轻或消失，彩色多普勒复查显示血液动力学指标明显改善，下肢动脉的内径增宽、频谱变窄及加速度/减速度比值减小(P<0.01)。结论 654-2、普鲁卡因、肝素联合股动脉注射治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变疗效确切、安全、经济、实用，无明显毒副作用，值得推广应用。
