【Abstract】 Insulin resistance is a kind of common syndrome in the surgical intervention.The decrease of carbohydrate tolerance and the pathological hyperglycaemia can usually be found during the operation.We give a review for research advancement from the three aspects of influencing factor,mechanism and prevention.
