云南肺腺癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子含量测定及临床意义

【摘要】 目的 检测肺腺癌患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达变化，分析其临床意义，为肺腺癌病情判定及预后估计提供辅助手段。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附反应(enzyme-linkedimmunosorbant assay,ELLSA)法检测60例肺腺癌患者，20例健康人和20例肺良性病变血清中VEGF含量，并分析其临床意义。结果 正常健康人与肺良性病变患者血清中VEGF含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；肺腺癌患者血清VEGF含量较健康人明显升高(P<0.01)，且随着肺腺癌的分期、分级和淋巴结转移而显著增高(P<0.01)，且与血清VEGF含量呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 肺腺癌患者血清中VEGF表达的增高与肿瘤的发生、发展及恶性行为有关，可作为临床上判断预后的指标之一。

【Abstract】 Objective This inveseigation was aimed to detect the serum levels of VEGF in adenocarcinoma of lung patients and analyze the clinical significance for prognosis evaluation.Methods Serum VEGF levels were detect by enzyme-linked immunosokrbant assay(ELISA)in 60 lung cancer,20 normal people and 20 pulmonary benign lung disease,and their clinical significance was analyzed.Results Serum levels of VEGF in adenocarcinoma of lung patients were significantly higher than that of in normal persons(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between serum VEGF and tumor pathological phases and lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).Conclusion Serum level of VEGF in adenocarcinoma of lung patients were significantly correlated to the growth,development and m alignant behavior of tumor and thus may serve as the indexes for clinical prognosis evaluation. ......
