多排螺旋CT曲面重建在肠道病变的应用(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨多排螺旋CT(MDCT)曲面重建(CPR)肠管成像技术在肠道病变诊断中的临床应用和价值。方法 49例肠道病变患者行薄层扫描，沿肠管走行选点划线进行CPR成像，以手术病理结果为金标准。结果 CPR肠管成像成功率为100%，均清楚显示肠道病变，定位诊断准确率为100%，病因诊断准确率为91.8%(45/49)。结论 CPR肠管成像可直观地显示肠道病变，是横轴位图像和多平面重建(MPR)图像的重要补充，具有很好的诊断作用和应用价值。【关键词】肠疾病；体层摄影术;X线计算机
