老年人胆石症外科手术治疗的临床分析

【摘要】 目的
探讨老年人胆石症手术治疗方法及经验。方法 回顾性分析灵山县人民医院 2000-2008 年收治的164例老年人胆石症(包括急诊)的临床表现、手术方式和疗效。其中胆总管切开取石“T”管引流90 例，胆总管切开取石胆肠 RouxenY 吻合3例，单纯胆囊切除71例。结果 痊愈160例，占97.5%；死亡4例，占2.5%。术后并发肺部感染25例，切口感染10例。结论 老年人胆石症病理复杂，并存疾病和并发症多，应重视围手术期处理，术式选择应简单有效。
