彩色多普勒超声在下肢静脉血栓中的临床应用(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在下肢静脉血栓中的临床应用。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声对53例下肢静脉血栓的患者进行检查,观察血管壁、管腔及周围结构,记录血栓部位、栓塞程度及血管腔内血流情况。结果 左下肢的发病率明显高于右下肢,下肢静脉血栓形成后内径明显增宽,急性血栓是均质低回声图像,亚急性和慢性血栓回声较高,血栓部位管腔无血流显示或血流充盈缺损。结论 彩色多普勒超声是下肢静脉血栓的诊断及疗效观察的理想方法,具有较高的敏感性和特异性。【关键词】下肢静脉;血栓;彩色多普勒超声
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the features of color doppler flow imaging(CDFI) of patients with venous thrombosis of the lower limbs. Methods Analyzed the succession on vessel wall，lumina，amphi-structure，thrombotic position、thrombotic extent and blood current in the patients with venous thrombosis of the lower limbs by color Doppler flow imaging.Results Incidence of left lower extremity is significantiy higher tnan that of right lower extremity; venous thrombosis of lower extremity widen the vessel bore; homogeneous and low echo-level were seen in acute thrombus,high-level echo were seen in subac andchronic thrombus; the filling defect of blood flow or no blood flow was observed on the position of thrombus in color Dopple flow imaging.Conclusion Color Doppler flow imaging has great applied value in the diagnosing and observing the curative effect oflower extremity vein. ......
