胃癌穿孔的术式选择及其疗效对比研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨不同胃癌急性穿孔术式的手术疗效。方法 36例胃癌穿孔患者根据术式分为穿孔修补术组、姑息性切除术组和根治性切除术组，对比其手术疗效。结果 穿孔修补术组生存期明显短于姑息性切除术组和根治性切除术组 (均P<0.05)；姑息性切除术组生存期明显短于根治性切除术组(P<0.05)。结论 姑息性切除术或根治性切除术可明显延长胃癌急性穿孔患者的生存期并提高患者的生存质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To study on effects of different surgical methods in acuteperforation of gastric carcinoma. Methods 36 patients with acute perforation of gastric carcinoma were divided into repair gastrectomy group, palliative resection group and radical excision group. Results The duration of repair gastrectomy group was shorten than that of palliative resection group and radical excision group (P<0.05). And the duration of palliative resection group was shorten than that of radical excision group (P<0.05). Conclusion The surgical methods of palliative resection and radical excision can last the duration of patients with acute perforation of gastric carcinomas and improve their prognosis. ......
