慢性粒细胞白血病性阴茎异常勃起二例并文献复习
【摘要】 目的 探讨白血病性阴茎异常勃起的诊断和治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析2例白血病性阴茎异常勃起患者的临床资料。结果 2例阴茎异常勃起均为慢性粒细胞白血病所致，均有不同程度的脾肿大、胸骨压痛及血常规异常等情况。2例患者均及时进行以化疗为主的综合治疗措施，取得了较好的效果。结论 以阴茎异常勃起为首发症状的白血病极易误诊。确诊后应以化疗措施为主，进行综合治疗，必要时进行外科治疗，尽可能防止性功能受损。【关键词】 阴茎异常勃起；慢性 粒细胞，白血病 Report of 2 cases of Chronic myelogenous leukemic priapism and literature review TANG Zhi-zhong,NI Guo-bao,ZANG Kai-zhong,et al.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of leukemia with priapism.MethodsClinical data of 2 cases with leukemic priapism were collected and discussed in combination with related literature . Results 2 cases with priapism had an etiologic diagnosis of chronic granulocytic leukemia. Conclusions Leukemic was easily misdiagnosed when priapism was the first symptom. Comprehensive treatment should be performed in patients with leukemic priapism , the chemotherapy was important of the treatment . Surgical treatment should be considered in time.
