柏银汤配合米非司酮对异位妊娠患者输卵管功能的影响分析

【摘要】 目的 观察中医药结合治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法 将96例患者随机分为2组，治疗组(48例)采用米非司酮配合中药柏银汤口服，对照组(48例)采用单纯米非司酮治疗。结果 治疗组成功率及输卵管通畅率明显高于对照组，差异有显著性。结论 柏银汤配合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠可显著提高疗效。

The clinical analysis on Boyin decoction and mifepristone for fallopian tube function of ectopic pregnancy patient

【Abstract】 Objective TO observe the curative effect of ectopic pregnancy by Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine.Methods 96 patients were divided randomly into two groups. The treatment group(48 cases) were treated by mifepristone and Boyin decoction.The control group(48 cases) were treated by mifepristone alone.Results The successful rate and thefallopian tube expedite rate were obviously higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05~0.01). Conclusion The Boyin decoction and mifephistone for ectopic pregnancy is more effective.
