【摘要】 目的 通过科学的健康指导和全方位的医护。对降低并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量起到了积极作用。方法 对33例2糖尿病患者进行心理教育、用药指导、饮食指导、运动指导等。结果 患者对疾病相关知识有了详细的了解,生活质量大为提高。结论 糖尿病合并高血压的治疗是终身性的,医护理人员应加强对患者的科学管理。通过健康教育,建立起关心健康的态度,形成健康的行为,从而使达到最佳的健康状态。
