【摘要】 目的 探讨手部非结核分枝杆菌感染的手术治疗的适应证,手术方式。方法 对于本院2004年1月至2008年10月临床确诊的手部非结核分枝杆菌感染患者30例均采用手术治疗。结果 手功能恢复优26例,良2例,差1例 ,截指1例。结论 手术是治疗手部非结核分枝杆菌感染的一种较好的方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the indications of surgical treatment about the nontuberculous mycobecterium infection of hand. Methods Use surgical operation to 30 cases of patients who are the clinical diagnosis of the nontuberculous mycobecterium infection of hand in January 2004 2008 year in October. Results The function of hand was superior in 26 cases, good in 2 and poor in 1 case, dactylolysis in 1 case. Conclusions Surgery is a better way of the treatment of the nontuberculous mycobecterium infection of hand.
