后路椎间盘镜手术并发症的防治

【摘要】 目的 探讨腰椎间盘突出症后路髓核摘除手术并发症的发生原因,并提出相关防治措施。方法 2004年3月至2009年3月,本院共有206例行后路椎间盘镜手术。结果 大部分患者手术顺利,恢复良好,但是有13例患者出现了并发症。结论 并发症的危害大,要对其并发症进行积极地防治。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cause of comop lications of posterior open-resection of nucleus pulposus of lumbar disc herniation,and to apply the correlative measures of prevention and treatment.Methods From march2004to march 2009,206cases of posterior EMD were reviewed.Results The majority of patients had recovered,but 13 patients had appeared complications.Conclusion EMD complications can not be ignored.We should actively combat it.
