【摘要】 目的 分析本院2008年药品不良反应(ADR)发生特点和相关因素,制定2009年年度 ADR监测工作方向。方法 对本院 2008年度所发生的530例 ADR报告作回顾性分析。结果 报告中 40~69岁年龄段发生率最高;ADR涉及的药品种类及例次中,以抗生素、中成药制剂较多;ADR临床主要表现为皮肤及其附件损害,其次是消化系统损害。结论 加强药物药品不良反应监测,促进临床合理用药。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the characteristics and the related factors of adverse drug reactions(ADR)occurred in our hospital,and establish the way of ADR clinical monitor in the next year.Methods Reviewed and analysed the reports of 530 cases of ADR occurred in our hospital in 2008.Results Among the 530 cases of ADR,the patients at the age of 40 to 69 had the highest incidence; The primary reasons were found to be related to use of antibiotic drugs and traditional Chinese medical injections; ADR were mainly manifested as skin and local lesion,secondary as alimentary system lesion ......
