【摘要】 目的 探讨髋臼后壁骨折并髋关节脱位围手术期护理方法。方法 收集本院2004年6月至2008年12月有完整资料记录的28例髋臼后壁骨折并髋关节脱位患者,对其护理方法进行回顾性分析。结果 所有患者痊愈出院,未发现发生并发症。结论 做好髋臼骨折患者围术期护理,对减少患者并发症的发生,促进患者术后康复和日常生活能力具有重要意义。

    Perioperative nursing to the patients with acetabular posterior wall fracture and dislocation of the hip joint

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing to the patients with acetabular posterior wall fracture and dislocation of the hip joint.Methods The complete information of nursing of 28 cases withacetabular posterior wall fracture and dislocation of the hip joint in Chenxinghai hospital were retrospectively analyzed from june 2004 to December 2008.Results All the patients were cured and hadn`t any complication.Conclusion The proper perioperative nursing to the patients with acetabular posterior wall fracture and dislocation of the hip joint could decreased complication,accelerated rehabilitation after operation and improved the ability of daily living. ......
