【摘要】 目的 了解气管切开患者下呼吸道感染的相关因素及有效的护理措施。方法 回顾性分析神经外科68例气管切开患者下呼吸道感染情况,采取相应的护理干预措施。结果 68例气管切开患者下呼吸道感染率为69.1%,病情危重、置管时间过长、侵入性操作与感染密切相关,护理人员预防感染意识淡泊、不合理使用抗生素有增加感染的可能。结论 加强预防感染意识、严格无菌操作、减少侵入性操作、严格管理呼吸机、增强患者免疫力、合理使用抗生素是预防下呼吸道感染的有效措施。
