【摘要】 目的 探讨子宫输卵管碘油造影(HSG)对女性输卵管性不孕病因的诊断价值。方法 对300例资料较完整的输卵管阻塞性不孕患者子宫输卵管碘油造影的资料进行分析。结果 输卵管通畅72例(24%),输卵管通而不畅78例(26%),双侧输卵管阻塞52例(17.3%),单侧输卵管阻塞98例(32.7%)。结论 子宫输卵管碘油造影对输卵管性不孕具有较好的临床诊断价值。

    The value of clinic diagnosis of hysterosalpingography in fallopian tubes resultingininfertility

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of hysterosalpingography(HSG)in the diagnosis of fallopian tubes resulting in infertility.Methods Hysterosalpingographic of 300 cases with fallopian tubes resulting in infertility were collected and analyzed.Results Among 300 cases,fallopian tubes complete pantency was seen in 72 cases(24%),partial obstruction in 78 cases(26%),biolater tubal obstruction in 52 cases(17.3%),unilater tubal obstruction in 98 cases(32.7%).Conclusion HSG is with important valuable for diagnosing fallopian tubes abnormalities in infertility females. ......
