【摘要】 冬季呼吸道疾病增多,门诊量加大、输液人数增多。静脉滴注看似平常但液体使用不当,轻则增加患者痛苦,重则危及生命。本文目的提醒广大门诊医生使用液体要小心,注意液体张力,切勿忽视患者年龄特点及病史,注意基础病的存在,多方考量再做决定。

    【Abstract】 Cases of respiratory diseases see a respective increase during the winter season,there are more people to receive injection in hospital.Intravenous injection appears to be a normal procedure,but the improper use of liquids could bring nonessential loss to patients,which may elevate the level of pain.Under serious circumstances,it could even threaten their lifes.The objective of this work is to remind all medical practitioners to beware of and pay attention to tension level between different liquids,handle their patients concerning their age,characteristics and case history,attending the existence of underlying diseases,take considerations before making a decision.
