阿糖胞苷和阿克拉霉素联合G-CSF治疗11例复发急性髓系白血病的临床研究(1)

【摘要】 目的 通过CAG联合诱导方案治疗难治性复发性急性髓系白血病患者,分析CAG联合诱导方案在临床的应用效果。方法 对11例复发急性髓系白血病CAG预激方案诱导治疗及临床转归进行分析研究。结果 11例复发急性髓系白血病,完全缓解6例占54.5%,部分缓解3例占27.3%,未缓解2例占18.2%。结论 CAG方案对难治性复发性AML患者有积极的治疗作用,治疗过程中感染、出血等并发症少,无严重毒副作用和治疗相关死亡,是治疗难治性AML的有效治疗措施。
