【摘要】 目的 优选芩归地黄口服液的最佳提取工艺。方法 采用正交试验,以测定黄芩苷含量为考察目标,对芩归地黄口服液的提取条件进行优选。结果 影响因素为:加水量>药液含醇量>煎煮时间>煎煮次数。芩归地黄口服液的最佳提取工艺为:加10倍量的水煎煮两次,每次60 min,滤过,浓缩后加入适量的乙醇,使含醇量为65%～70%,放置24 h后取上清液、回收乙醇。结论 该制备工艺合理有效,成分提取率高。
