【摘要】 目的 探讨应用固定矫治器结合“前牙平导”打开咬合的临床效果。方法 临床使用固定矫治器结合“前牙平导”,对40例安氏二类Ⅲ°深覆患者进行治疗研究。结果 治疗后SNB增长了3.49°,ANB减小了3.53°,SNA基本没有改变。前面高增加3.67 mm,后面高增加1.66 mm。覆盖减小了5.33 mm,覆减小了3.69 mm。下颌Spee氏曲线被显着整平。结论 本方法在治疗深覆病例方面是一种快速有效的打开咬合的方法。
