文拉法辛治疗抑郁症80例临床疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察文拉法辛治疗抑郁症的疗效及其不良反应。方法 应用文拉法辛治疗抑郁症80例,疗程8周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、临床疗效总评量表的病情严重程度(CGI-S1)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果 文拉法辛总有效率为90.2%,临床痊愈率为76.8%。不良反应轻微。无一例因药物反应导致治疗中断。结论 文拉法辛治疗抑郁症疗效确切,不良反应轻微,值得临床医生在临床实践中做为一线抗抑郁药使用。
