异丙嗪氨溴索辅助治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察异丙嗪氨溴索辅助治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法 将临床确诊毛细支气管炎患儿100例,随机分为对照组45例,采用抗病毒、吸氧、平喘及对症治疗,治疗组55例在此基础上加用异丙嗪氨溴索治疗。结果 治疗组有效率(94.5%)明显优于对照组(66.6%),两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 应用异丙嗪氨溴索辅助治疗毛细支气管炎可缓解严重喘憋、咳嗽及缺氧症状,提高治愈率,安全、有效。
