秋泻灵治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察秋泻灵治疗轮状病毒肠炎并中度脱水100例的疗效。方法 选择2006年11月至2009年11月本院住院的中度脱水轮状病毒性肠炎患者200例,随机分入治疗组与对照组各100例,均给予抗病毒、口服思密达、补液等常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用秋泻灵口服,共4 d,比较2组疗效。结果 治疗组显效61例,有效34例,无效5例,对照组显效43例,有效41例,无效16例,两组比较疗效有差别(χ2=9.531,P=0.009),治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.00%, 84.00%;两组比较经卡方检验差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.438,P=0.011)。结论 秋泻灵佐治儿童轮状病毒肠炎疗效较好,值得临床使用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe curative effect of Qiuxieling Mixture against 100 cases of infant rotavirus enteritis with midrange dehydration.Methods 200 cases of infant rotavirus enteritis with midrange dehydration were divided into treatment group and control group at random, 100 cases each group, who had been in hospital from November 2006 to November 2009.
