【摘要】 目的 研究面动脉-颏下动脉岛状肌皮瓣修复口腔癌术后组织缺损的围手术期护理。方法 回顾分析和总结应用面动脉-颏下动脉岛状肌皮瓣修复口腔癌术后组织缺损5例手术的围手术期护理经过。结果 术前和术后护理措施到位,术后无血管危象,肌皮瓣成活,无院内感染发生,组织缺损顺利修复,一期愈合,康复出院。结论 正确合理的术前护理方法有助于术前准备的完成,有效的术后护理有助于减少术后反应,有利于皮瓣成活。
