外伤性结肠破裂一期手术28例治疗体会

【摘要】 目的探讨结肠损伤的治疗方案,提高治疗效果,防治吻合口瘘的发生。方法 回顾28例外伤性结肠破裂患者的临床资料,分析一期手术治疗外伤性结肠损伤的治疗价值。 结果 本组一期手术治疗治愈26例,死亡2例,切口感染3例。 结论 外伤性结肠破裂及时一期修补或切除吻合术是安全可靠的,可避免再次手术,提高患者生存质量。一期手术的关键是术中彻底的结肠减压及灌洗,吻合口血运好,腹腔污染轻,充分的腹腔冲洗及术后双套管负压引流,术后定时扩肛,对预防术后肠瘘很有利。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment of colon injury, improve the effect of treatment and prevent the anastomotic leakage of cnlon.Methods Analyze the clinical data of 28 case.retrospectly explore the evaluation of the primary operation.Results there were 26 case Cured, 2 case of death 3 case of wound infection.Conclusion The primary operation of repairment or resection or anastomosis is reliable It avoided re-operation and improved the equality of life.The key of the primary operation was the thorough decompression and lavage of the colon, vascular anastomis ,light abdominal cavity polution.It was very favcrable to prevent colonic leakage after the fistular from time to time ......
