综合疗法治疗肩周炎的疗效分析(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨综合疗法及中西医结合治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法 本院100例肩周炎患者随机分为对照组(常规西医治疗组,72例)和实验组(综合疗法治疗组,72例),实验组采用西医药物注射治疗、电针治疗、中医手法治疗、中医药物熏蒸等综合治疗,对照组采用常规药物注射、手法治疗。对患者的疗效进行评价和统计学分析。结果 综合疗法的临床疗效优于对照组,二组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 综合疗法及中西医结合治疗肩周炎有更好的临床疗效。
