经尿道前列腺电切治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 评估前列腺增生症经尿道前列腺电切的临床治疗效果。方法 对2006年4月至2008年4月间行经尿道前列腺电切治疗的126例前列腺增生症作回顾性分析,比较两组术前和术后6个月检查的各项指标并进行统计学分析。结果 手术顺利,出血少,手术时间短。术后6个月两组国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、最大尿流率(Qmax)比术前均得到明显改善(P<0.01),无严重并发症,疗效满意。结论 经尿道前列腺电切治疗前列腺增生症,手术时间缩短,出血少,手术安全,治疗效果确切,是治疗前列腺增生症值得选择的方法。

The clinical investigation of transurethral resection of the prostate to cure benign prostatic hyperplasia
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of transurethral resection of the prostate to cure benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods The clinical data of 126 BPH patiens treated by transurethral resection of the prostate were analyzed retrospectively. The perioperative marker and theraputic results were recorded and analyzed.Results The transurethral resection of the prostate was successfully performed on all the 126 patients with BPH.The operative time was short.IPSS,QOL and Qmax were significantly improved 6 months postoperatively ......
