护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中应用效果分析(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的临床应用效果。方法 120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组(各60例),观察组采用有效的护理干预措施,对照组按一般常规进行临床护理,比较两者效果。结果 两组患者术前焦虑发生率、术后疼痛程度、护理服务满意度及并发症发生率观察组均明显好于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),术后住院时间观察组与对照组比较明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论 积极有效的护理干预是手术成功的基础和保障,对促进患者的早日康复及提高疗效起到积极的作用。
