普通高频超声对皮下异物间接探测的诊断价值

【摘要】 目的 探讨7.5MHz普通高频超声对皮下异物间接探测的诊断价值。方法 使用7.5 MHz高频超声探头加自制简易水囊(PE薄膜手套注入水),对28例皮下异物进行间接超声探查,观察皮下异物声像图特征。结果 普通高频超声间接探测能够克服超声近场混响伪像,清晰显示皮下异物特征声像图。全部病例经手术、随访证实与超声结果相符。结论 普通高频超声间接探测方法具有重要诊断价值,可作为高频超声直接探测的补充。
