加膜支架治疗食管癌术后并发症的应用价值

【摘要】 目的 评价置入食管加膜支架对食管癌术后恶性食管狭窄或瘘的治疗效果及并发症。方法 对2007年1月至2009年9月X线电视透视下置入的22例食管加膜支架病例进行回顾性分析其临床资料。结果 22例食管支架均一次放置成功,成功率100%,支架置入后2例(2.9%)1个月内死于消化道出血;9例(40.1%)有不同程度的胸骨后疼痛和异物感,无明显支架移位。结论 食管加膜内支架置入操作简单、安全,成功率高,能迅速有效地改善吞咽困难,提高生活质量,延长生存期,是解除食管狭窄和/或瘘的有效的姑息治疗方法。
