颅内脂肪瘤的CT和MRI分析(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨CT和MRI对颅内脂肪瘤的诊断价值,提高对颅内脂肪瘤的认识。方法 回顾性分析经CT和MRI诊断的17例颅内脂肪瘤的影像表现。结果 颅内脂肪瘤CT表现为脂肪密度影,CT值约为-20~-120 HU,平均为-56.3 HU,MRI表现为T1WI和T2WI图像上均呈高信号,与皮下脂肪类似。脂肪瘤主要分布在中线及附近,其中11例位于胼胝体区;6例合并有其他颅脑发育异常,其中4例为胼胝体发育异常。结论 颅内脂肪瘤好发于中线及附近,CT和MRI表现典型,多可正确诊断。
