【摘要】 目的 探讨急性肝炎早期彩色超声声像图的特点。方法 对70例急性肝炎患者的彩色声像图表现特点进行回顾性分析。结果 70例患者中有44例出现胆囊壁增厚,其中患急性黄疸型肝炎32例,急性无黄疸型肝炎12例。结论 急性肝炎特别是急性黄疸型肝炎早期声像图表现为胆囊壁增厚,其改变较肝脏的声像图改变出现得更早。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the early stage of acute hepatitis,color doppler sonographic features.Methods 70 cases of acute hepatitis in patients with color Sonographic characteristics were analyzed retrospectively.Results 70 cases of patients,44 patients had gallbladder wall thickening,which suffered 32 cases of acute jaundice hepatitis,acute hepatitis without jaundice in 12 cases.Conclusion Acute hepatitis,especially acute jaundice hepatitis early sonogram showed gallbladder wall thickening,appearing the ultrasonographic changes much earlier than that of the liver appeared.
