58例肾上腺转移瘤的CT诊断体会

【摘要】 目的 探讨肾上腺转移瘤的CT特征及CT在肾上腺转移瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法 对58例患者作CT扫描。结果 单侧肾上腺肿块42例(72%),双侧16例(28%)。肿块直径范围 1.5~12 cm,分别呈圆形、卵圆形和分叶状不规则形。密度为实性、囊性或囊实性,增强后实性肿块及囊壁有强化。结论 CT是发现肾上腺肿瘤可靠、有效的检查方法。肾上腺转移瘤的诊断是综合性的,包括原发癌史、恶性征等。

CT Diagnosis Experience on 58 Cases of Adrenal Metastasis

【Abstract】 Objective To study the CT features of adrenal metastases and CT application in the diagnosis of adrenal metastases.Methods 58 patients were scanned through CT method.Results 42 cases of unilateral adrenal mass are found(72%),16 cases bilateral mass(28%).Tumor diameter of 1.5~12 cm,rounded,oval and lobulated irregular shape respectively.There were solid,cystic or cystic-solid,the enhanced solid mass and strengthening cystic wall.Conclusion CT is found to be a reliable and effective screening method for finding adrenal tumors.The diagnosis of adrenal metastases is comprehensive including the history of primary cancer,m alignant syndrome and so on ......
