针刺环跳穴治疗腰腿痛疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察环跳穴强刺激治疗腰腿痛的疗效。方法 将96例腰腿痛患者分为3组。观察组:强刺激环跳穴并放射传导;对照1组:针环跳穴不强刺激放射传导;对照2组:不针环跳穴。结果 观察组总有效率为93.75%。对照1组为68.75%,对照2组为56.25%.观察组与对照1、疗效均有显著差异(P1<0.05 )、(P2<0.01)。两对照组疗效差异无统计学意义(P3>0.05)。结论 环跳穴强刺激疗法是治疗腰腿痛的有效方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of strongly stimulating at HuanTiao Point on patients with lumbago or leg pain. Methods 96 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups. Observation Group: To stimulate strongly at HuanTiao point and conduct radially. The control group 1: To acupuncture at HuanTiao point but not to stimulate strongly and conduct radially. The control group 2: Not to acupuncture at HuanTiao point. Results The total effective rate was 93.75% in the observation group,68.75% in the control group 1,56.25% in the control group 2 with significant differences between the Observation Group and the control group 1 and 2(P<0.05),(P<0.01).
