糖尿病肾病患者血液透析中低血糖的观察及护理

【摘要】 目的 探讨糖尿病肾病患者血液透析中低血糖发生的时间、诱因及防治护理措施。方法 对25例糖尿病肾病患者血液透析中监测血糖,严密观察临床表现,及时发现低血糖,及时采取措施。结果 本组25例患者有11例发生低血糖(44%),7例有低血糖反应,4例无任何不适。血液透析前应用降糖药物者发生低血糖7/9例(77.8%),未使用者发生低血糖4/16(25%)例,差异有显著性(P=0.017)。本组11例发生低血糖患者均得到及时处理。结论 糖尿病肾病患者透析过程中易出现低血糖,透析前应用胰岛素者在透析过程中更易发生低血糖。做好患者饮食和降糖药物合理应用指导及透析过程中加强巡视密切观察病情,可以迅速控制低血糖的发生。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the time of occurrence,incentives and control measures in nursing of hypoglycemiain patients with diabetic nephropathy in hemodialysis.
