氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林与单用阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效比较(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨在急性心肌梗死治疗中联用氯吡格雷和阿司匹林疗效是否优于单用阿司匹林。方法 采用随机分组分成A组(氯吡格+阿司匹林组)33例,B组(阿司匹林组)31例,分别给予标准治疗+氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗和标准治疗+阿司匹林治疗。观察血管再通率、再闭塞率及90 d时左室射血分数(LVEF)、凝血指标、血小板聚集率。结果 A组的90 d时LVEF高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);部分凝血酶原时间(PT)与凝血酶原活动度(PA)上变化均不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05);而活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)两组治疗后均出现升高,变化有显著性统计学差异(P<0.05);血小板聚集率(PAR)A组降低比B组更显著,治疗前后比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);A组再闭塞率低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组血管开通率高于B组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在治疗中氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林近期和远期疗效优于单用阿司匹林。

【Abstract】 Objective Explore the treatment of acute myocardial infarction combined effect of Clopidogrel with Aspirin is superior to Aspirin alone.Methods 64 cases Were randomly divided into groups A(clopidogrel+aspirin;n=33),B group(aspirin;n=31),who ware given standard treatment+clopidogrel to aspirin and standard therapy+Aspirin.Observed recanalization rate,reocclusion rate and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of 90 days,coagulation parameters,platelet aggregation(PAR).Results A group of 90 days LVEF higher than B group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); Partial thromboplastin time(PT)and prothrombin activity(PA)on the change was not significant,was not significant(P>0.05); The activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)after treatment,there were increased changes were statistically significant differences(P<0.05); platelet aggregation rate(PAR)A group decreased more significantly than in group B,the difference before and after treatment There were significant(P<0.05); A group of re-occlusion rate lower than the B group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); A patency rate in group B group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel and Aspirin in the treatment of recent effect and long term effect than aspirin alone.
