【摘要】 目的 观察NB-UVB联合松馏油酊治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法 270例患者采用NB-UVB照射银屑病皮损后外用松馏油酊封包每周三次,每次封包不超过2 h。结果 在6~12周内,痊愈率达71%,愈显率达90%。结论 NB-UVB照射后外用松馏油酊封包治疗银屑病疗效确切,起效快、疗程短、副作用少。
