75%酒精湿敷新生儿二次剪脐的脐部护理效果研究
【摘要】 目的 研究初生婴儿钳脐24 h后剪平脐带残端(二次剪脐),局部采用75%酒精湿敷的护理效果。方法 120例新生儿随机分成两组,即改良组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组采用常规护理,改良组是在常规护理的基础上采用75%酒精棉球湿敷新生儿二次剪脐的脐部。结果 改良组在护理后的第1~3天脐部干洁率明显高于对照组,脐部渗血、渗液发生率明显较对照组低(P<0.01),改良组脐痂脱落时间和脐部创面愈合时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论 改良组采用75%酒精棉球湿敷新生儿二次剪脐的脐部护理,能有效地减少新生儿脐部渗血、渗液,有利于脐部干洁、有利于脐部创面愈合,能预防脐部感染,防止发生新生儿脐炎及败血症。【关键词】 新生儿;75%酒精;脐部护理
Research of effect on dressing neonate’s second umbilical cord cutting with 75% alcohol

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect on dressing neonate’s umbilical cord (second cutting umbilical cord) with 75% alcohol after 24 hours. Methods 120 neonates were randomly divided into 2 groups-improve group and control group, and each group consists of 60 neonates. The control group was given routine nursing. The improve group was treated as the control group and was given nursing of 75% alcohol dressing. Results In improve group, neonates’ umbilical region was patently drier and cleaner than those in control group.Exudation and blooding in umbilical region was quite rare (P<0.01) and the time for escharosis and healing was shorter (P<0.01) .Conclusion Nursing neonates’ umbilical region with 75% alcohol after their second cutting effectively reduces exudation and blooding in umbilical region and helps to keep umbilical region clean and encourage healing, which protect neonates from umbilical infection, inflammation and septicemia. ......
