MIF和MMP-2在宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义(1)

     【摘要】 目的 探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)及基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在宫颈癌的表达及临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测68例宫颈癌组织、24例宫颈上皮内瘤病变(CIN)组织和21例正常宫颈组织(对照组)中MIF及MMP-2的表达,并对宫颈癌组织MIF与MMP-2表达进行相关性分析。结果 宫颈癌组MIF和MMP-2阳性表达率显著高于CIN组和对照组;宫颈癌组不同临床分期、组织分化、有无淋巴结转移之间比较,MIF和MMP-2的阳性表达率均有显著性差异(P<0.05),且二者表达强度呈显著正相关(r=0.82, P<0.05)。结论 MIF和MMP-2过表达可能与宫颈癌的发生、发展有关,二者联合检测可作为评估宫颈癌恶性程度、判断预后及指导治疗的重要参考指标。

    Expression and clinical significance of MIF and MMP-2 in cervical cancer

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) in cervical cancer.Methods SP immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of MIF and MMP-2 in 68 cases of cervical cancer, 24 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and 20 cases of normal cervical tissue(control group). Correlation was analysed between MIF and MMP-2 expression in cervical cancer tissues. Results The positive rates of MIF and MMP-2 were higher in cervical cancer group than in CIN group and control group (P<0.01). In cervical cancer group, there were also significant differences of MIF and MMP-2 positive rates among the different clinical stages, among the different pathological grades and between the different lymph

    node involvement (P<0.05). There was positive correlation between the expression of MIF and MMP-2 in cervical cancer tissues.(P<0.05). Conclusion The excessive expression of MIF and MMP-2 is associated with the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. The combined detection of MIF and MMP-2 may be an important index to evaluate the degree of m alignance, judge prognosis and direct treatment of cervical cancer. 
