老年人原发性脑室出血临床特点分析
【摘要】 目的 探讨老年人原发性脑室出血的临床特点。方法 回顾性分析老年人原发性脑室出血15例患者的临床表现、预后及治疗的特点。结果 本病缺乏特征性体征。经脱水降颅压、钙离子拮抗剂及脑脊液置换等治疗。14例患者3周后复查头颅CT血液完全吸收,死亡1例,随访半年,无再发,且未见梗阻性脑积水出现。结论 此组发病率较其他年龄段高,缺乏特征性体征,误诊率高。【关键词】 老年人;原发;脑室出血;临床特点

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical features of primary intraventricular hemorrhage. Methods Retrospective analysis of elderly patients with primary intraventricular hemorrhage in 15 cases the clinical manifestations, prognosis and treatment characteristics. Results The disease was lack of characteristic signs of the disease. By lowering the intracranial pressure, calcium antagonists, and cerebrospinal fluid replacement and other treatment. 14 cases were reviewed head CT after 3 weeks of blood absorbed, 1 died, followed six months, no recurrence and there was no obstructive hydrocephalus.
