【摘要】 目的 探讨多小切口减张法在乳癌根治术中避免植皮,预防皮瓣坏死的应用。方法 对56 例乳癌根治术中采用多小切口减张法预防术后皮瓣坏死的临床观察。结果 56 例乳癌根治术后其中有1例出现皮瓣坏死,但面积较小,经加强换药后1.5个月痊愈,其中2 例腋窝积液,经穿刺抽液、加压包扎后治愈。结论 多小切口减张法可有效降低乳癌根治术后皮瓣坏死的发生率,避免了植皮,减少创伤。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effectiveness of milti mini incisions in avoiding skingrafting and preventing skin flap necrosis for patients received radical mastectomy.Methods 86 patients received radical mastectomy were enrolled to observe the effectiveness of milti mini incisions to relax skin tension.Results Small area skin flap necrosis was seen in 1 patient,subcutaneous fluid accumulation in armpit were seen in 2 patients,all patients were cured by local treatment.Conclusion Multi mini incisions can effectively lower the incidence of skin flap necrosis and avoid skingrafting. ......
