双时相门冬胰岛素30改善2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及血脂代谢(1)

【摘要】 目的 分析2型糖尿病患者口服降糖药控制不满意时加用双时相门冬胰岛素30治疗前后血糖水平的变化,探讨其降糖作用。方法 46例2型糖尿病患者口服降糖药控制不满意时,加用双时相门冬胰岛素30治疗6个月,观察其治疗前后血糖水平等的变化。
结果 双时相门冬胰岛素30治疗后空腹血糖(77±03与 109±03 mmol/l, P<001)、餐后2 h血糖(99±12与156±24 mmol/l, P<005)、糖化血红蛋白(708±057与904±078 %, P<005)、甘油三脂(1023±76与1271±98 mg/dl, P<005)水平较治疗前显著降低,存在统计学差异。但血低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(1061±107 与1158±124 mg/dl, P>005)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(517±41与559±37 mg/dl, P>005)水平治疗前后,未见统计学差异。2型糖尿病患者加用双时相门冬胰岛素30治疗后,糖化血红蛋白<7%(457与65%, P<001)及≤65%(348与43%, P<005)者所占比例较治疗前显著增加,存在统计学差异。
结论 双时相门冬胰岛素30改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制及血脂代谢,可能有助于降低2型糖尿病患者并发症。

【Abstract】 Objective
This study was designed to determine the effect of biphasic insulin aspart 30 (BIAsp 30) on glycemic control and serum lipids in subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus not adequately controlled with oral antidiabetic drugs Methods 46 subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus not adequately controlled with oral antidiabetic drugs were treated with BIAsp 30, twice daily The changes of fast plasma glucose, postprandial plasma glucose, HbA1c and serum lipids level were determined before and after treatment with BIAsp 30 Results BIAsp 30 significantly decreased fast plasma glucose (77±03 versus 109±03 mmol/l, P<001), postprandial plasma glucose (99±12 versus 156±24 mmol/l, P<005), HbA1c (708±057 versus 904±078%, P<005) and serum triglyceride level (1023±76 versus 1271±98 mg/dl, P<005) Serum HDLC (517±41 versus 559±37 mg/dl, P>005) and LDLC (1061±107 versus 1158±124 mg/dl, P>005) levels were not significantly changed after the treatment with BIAsp 30 The percent of subjects reached the target of HbA1c <7% (457 versus 65%, P<001) or ≤65% (348 versus 43%, P<005) significantly increased after the treatment with BIAsp 30Conclusion Biphasic insulin aspart 30 improves glycemic control and decreases serum triglyceride level in subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus that may contribute to prevention of diabetic complications ......
