【摘要】 目的 明确深静脉置管术后感染的相关危险因素。方法 首先将入选的417例患者按照深静脉置管术后是否出现感染分为感染组和未感染组，然后对性别、年龄、体重指数、疾病诊断、生化指标及深静脉置管留置位置、深静脉置管留置时间、换药频率等情况进行Logistic分析，明确与感染的关系。结果 年龄、慢性肾功能不全、糖尿病、血糖水平、低蛋白血症、恶性肿瘤、换药频率、深静脉置管留置时间的Exp(B)分别为1201、18908、27804、2084、29611、36568、4893和2629 (P<005)；糖尿病患者感染组和非感染组的血糖水平(1046±276)mmol/L,760±165)mmol/L，t=4218P<0001)，组间存在统计学极显著性差异；而其他观察指标对术后感染的发生没有明显影响(P>005)。结论 年龄、慢性肾功能不全、糖尿病、血糖水平、低蛋白血症、恶性肿瘤、换药频率、深静脉置管留置时间是患者出现术后感染的独立危险因子。

【Abstract】 Objective To Evaluate the correlation factor of postoperative infection in deep vein tubing Methods Identified 417 patients whom deep vein tubing were performed，according to the occurrence of postoperative infection,we designated 43 patients inwhom postoperative infection occurred as infection group，374 patients were designated as control group,two groups were observed and contrasted by the following items:age,gender,body mass index(BMI)，diagnose，biochemical indicator，deep vein location，deep vein detaining time，periodicity of change dressings，multiple logistic regression analysis was used to identify independent relative factor of the no reflow phenomenon by SPSS 130 Results Multiple logistic regression analysis indicated that Age，chronic renal insufficiency，diabetes mellitus，blood sugar level，Hypoproteinemia，m alignant tumor，periodicity of change dressings,deep vein detaining time were related to the postoperative infection，Exp(B) were 1201、18908、27804、2084、29611、36568、4893 and 2629 respectively (P<005) The diference of other items were not demonstrated between the infection group and control group(P>005) Conclusion age，chronic renal insufficiency，diabetes mellitus，blood sugar level，Hypoproteinemia，m alignant tumor，periodicity of change dressings,deep vein detaining time were independente risk factor of postoperative infection in patients with deep vein tubing
