【摘要】 静脉肾盂造影是临床常用的一种X线检查方法。造影前准备好腹部，系好压迫带是很关键的一环。注射对比剂后间隔7、15、30 min各摄一张平片，观察双侧肾盏肾盂充盈情况，在造影过程中应根据诊断的需要来摄片，根据发现病情的不同情况分别来做好肾盂造影检查。投照技术方面在保证双侧输尿管显影的情况下采用俯卧位摄片，取得良好的效果。作为放射科投照技师，应对放射诊断学基础诊断要有所了解，对常规X线病变要会诊断，这对造影来说帮助很大，能减少患者痛苦，提高工作效率。

    【Abstract】 Intravenous pyelography(IVU)was a commonlyused X ray inspection method.It was a key step to make ready patients’ abdomen before radiography and fasten compression bands.After injecting contrast media,technician could make Xrays every 7,15,30 minutes and then observed full information of both sides of renal pelvis and calices.The technician should be based on the need for a diagnosis in the process of radiography.According to different circumstances,doing the dishes radiography check.Ensure that both sides of ureters developing and then the technician make an Xray with the patient prone position.It will achieve good results.As a radiography technician,you should know about radial diagnosis,diagnosing general Xray lesions.It’s a great help to radiography,reducing the suffering and promoting efficiency. ......
