综上所述，吉西他滨(GEM)联合5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)与奈达铂(NDP)时辰化疗晚期食管癌疗效显著，不良反应较轻。但本研究病例数量较少，随访时间较短，其远期疗效有待进一步观察。
