【摘要】 目的 探讨手部内生软骨瘤的诊断和治疗方法。方法 手部内生软骨瘤患者22例， 8例行肿瘤病灶刮除术， 14例行肿瘤病灶刮除加松质骨条填塞植骨术。观察其疗效。结果 22例患者术后均获随访， 随访时间12～54个月， 平均随访20个月， 无一例复发， 手部功能恢复良好。结论 手部内生软骨瘤一经确诊应早期手术， 彻底刮除病灶或病灶刮除加松质骨条填塞植骨术是治疗的有效方法。
