总之,中青年急性冠脉综合征患者起病突然,发生心脏意外事件风险大,应早发现早诊断早治疗,并且通过去除诱因,积极控制危险因素,减轻精神压力,避免过度悲伤,积极锻炼,减轻体重,养成健康的生活习惯,可以减少冠脉突发事件,尤其是有冠心病家族史的患者,更应该注意生活方式的改变。
