无异物腹腔镜胆囊切除术
【摘要】目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术中不使用钛夹的技术。方法采用三孔法,手术中运用超声刀处理胆囊动脉,一次性圈套器处理胆囊管。结果本组100例手术均十分成功,无术后大出血、胆瘘等并发症发生。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术中运用超声刀及圈套器技术,可以不使用钛夹,避免异物残留腹腔,手术安全可靠。【关键词】

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo discuss the technique of nonuse titanium nips in laparoscopic choleccystectomy.MethodsWith three ports,to exert ultrasound knife and snare in the operations.ResultsAll cases were successful,the complications of bleeding and biliary fistula didn’t happen after the operations.ConclusionThe technique of exerting ultrasound knife and snare instead of titanium nips were very safe and could avoid eyewinkers in the abdomen.
