依达拉奉对脑缺血再灌注损伤保护作用机制的研究(1)

     【摘要】 目的 探讨依达拉奉在脑缺血再灌注损伤中的保护作用,并将结果进行总结分析,为脑缺血再灌注的保护提供依据。方法 选取60只大鼠为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(生理盐水组)30只和实验组(依达拉奉组)30只,后再根据时间将两组其分为1 、6、12 h组,后将其制作为脑缺血再灌注模型,分别对其进行脑组织NO、NOS及SOD含量进行检测研究,同时对部分大鼠脑切片进行坏死程度统计,并将结果进行统计比较。结果 经研究比较发现,1及6 h时实验组NO低于对照组,P<0.05,6 hNO降至最低,但12 h时回升;1及6 h时实验组SOD高于对照组,但12 h时低于对照组,P<0.05;1及6 h时实验组NOS低于对照组,P<0.05;但12 h时两组差异不大,P>0.05。两组大鼠脑坏死程度比较,P<0.05。结论 从研究中可以看出,依达拉奉在脑缺血再灌注损伤具有明显的保护作用,值得进一步研究探讨。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the protective mechanism obout edaravone with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,and the results is analyzed in order to provide evidence for the protective of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods 60 rats were selected as research object,then they were divided into two groups.The control group (30 rats)and experimental group (30 rats)were respectively divide 1 h group,6 h group and 12 h group.Then reperfusion model were established .The NO,NOS and SOD level of brain tissue of all the rats were tested,the necrosis of brain were analyzed,then the results were compared.Results After the comparison,we found that the NO level of1 h group,6 h group of experimental group were lower than that of control group,P<0.05,the level of 6 h were lowest,but the level of 12 h was in the rally;the SODlevel of1 h group,6 h group of experimental group were higher that of control group,P<0.05,but the level of 12 h was lower than that of control group,P<0.05;the NOS level of1 h group,6 h group of experimental group were lower than that of control group,P<0.05,but 12 h level of the two groups had no statistical significance.The necrosis of brain of the two groups had statistical significanc,P<0.05.Conclusion It showes that edaravone has effects to protective mechanism to cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,and is worth further studying ......
